New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living is a skilled nursing facility and assisted living community in New Castle, KY. The facility is nestled within the beautiful Kentucky bluegrass country.
We are conveniently located near highways 421, 157, and 146 in Henry County. We are a close-knit community of residents and staff. There are 28 units in the assisted living community and 60 beds in the skilled nursing facility that are mostly semi-private. We have excellent staff and 24/7 care.
